The main symptoms of overdosing Lexapro: dizziness, tremor, agitation, drowsiness, dizziness, seizures, tachycardia, ECG changes (ST segment changes and tooth T, the expansion of the complex QRS, prolongation of the interval QT), arrhythmias, depression of respiratory activity, vomiting, rhabdomyolysis, metabolic acidosis, hypokalaemia.
Treatment: There is no specific antidote. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive: gastric lavage, adequate oxygenation. Monitoring function of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
